Our Muay Thai Foundations Program is designed for students with little to no prior experience and offers a comfortable entry point into authentic Thai boxing training. In a small group setting, students receive clear, step-by-step instruction that builds confidence while emphasizing proper form, balance, and movement. This supportive approach allows beginners to learn at a steady pace without feeling overwhelmed.
Each class highlights a core striking concept and gradually builds skills from week to week. Over the three-week program, students learn how to connect techniques and understand the fundamentals of traditional Muay Thai. This structured progression removes common beginner frustrations and creates a strong base for long-term success. Upon completion, students transition smoothly into our traditional group training program.
All new students are required to complete the Foundations Program before joining our Muay Thai training program.
