Training at Black Ruby Muay Thai follows traditional methods used in elite Muay Thai camps in Thailand. Members train together in a structured, supportive group setting where all skill levels develop side by side. Each class includes jump rope warm-ups, technical shadowboxing, pad work with punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, followed by partner drills and conditioning to build strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence.

All prospective Muay Thai students are required to complete four 30-minute private training sessions with an instructor. These one-on-one sessions allow us to assess readiness for training at Black Ruby Muay Thai, while also giving you the opportunity to experience our coaching, instruction quality, and training environment.

In addition to our core Muay Thai training, Black Ruby Muay Thai offers several specialized programs to meet different goals and schedules.
